IN THE HEART OF DESERT
On the road covered
with living grains,
upon which the air
spreads its thoughts
The tictacking of a giant hourglass
from the heart
way up to the limpid eye
Some
were carrying water
from the spring
and wore
white summer clothes.
SKETCHES BEI THE
RIVER
…And the water seems to stand still, quiet, as if it carried a secret deep within…
…And one mortal soul is fishing, hoping to catch a secret…
Only one circle in the water
is sweeping everything on its way
The morning dew is running away from the palms of the hands,
precipitated, over the roof-tops
thoughts are jumping around, coming and going
in this dusty pink summer morning.
It will rain.
U SRCU PUSTINJE
Na drumu
od živog zrnevlja
po kom vazduh misli
Otkucaji jednog velikog
peščanog sata
Od srca
do bistrog oka
Neki
su nosili vodu
sa izvora
I bele
letnje haljine.
SKICE PORED REKE
…Umudri se voda k’o da tajnu nosi…
…Jedan smrtnik peca – gleda tajnu da ulovi...
Samo jedan krug u vodi
nosi na svom putu sve
Jutarnja rosa
beži sa dlanova
preko krovova
tutnjaju misli
u sivo letnje pre podne.
Biće kiše.
